No.
The Wiccan Rede does NOT say “Harm none”, which is an impossible expectation. What it says is: “If it causes no harm, do what you will”, which rather suggests (since a rede is advice, not a commandment) that all actions leading to no harm or to minimal harm are morally acceptable actions. It makes no statement concerning necessary acts of positive harm, such as eating to survive.
I’ll also point out that you don’t see most Wiccans whining about other animals eating meat. Humans, like some of our primate relatives (including chimpanzees), are omnivorous: eating meat when we can get it is natural for us. So while one could argue for hours about the relative morality of factory meat versus free-range meat, for example, I think that insisting that “you shouldn’t have a steak because THE GODS WILL HATE U AND U’RE A BAD WIKKAN” is rather silly.
I feel like we’re going to have to explain this to people over and over again forever because certain Pagan authors have fucked it up for us.

I think it’s because it doesn’t explicitly say what to do if it DOES cause harm. Which is kind of sad, if you think...
How do people even get ‘harm none’ from ‘an if it harm none, do what ye will’ or whatever form you use? Is it only us...
I’ll add that Vegans/Vegetarians are harming plants by killing them to survive as well. Frankly, Pagans, in general,...
One of these days I’m...actually make words out of my thoughts about the Rede,
I’d add that people who think vegetarians and vegans survive without their food being dependent on the death of animals...
